Motion for Commencement:
The motion to commence the meeting was moved by Hon ibukun Abiodun eaa from Ondo state and it was seconded by Hon Adebisi efa from lagos state.
Opening Prayer:
The Opening prayer was offered by Hon Akinlosotu olugbemiro efa from lagos state chapter.
Declaration of the Agm Open:
The former National President, Hon Fehintolu Ogunleye efa, Declared open the 2022 National Agm open for deliberation.
Ercaan National President Address:
The National President, Hon Godwin Alenkhe thanked all members Present for gracing the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Association. He said that despite the economic instability in the Country, our members has continued to prove their undiluted love for the Association by participating in all our Activities. He tagged today's Event is historical because we are going to officially Adopt our National Constitution, received some of our Eastern members and Present honorary Awards to some deserving including the two Former Presidents of the Association. He finally Assured the members Present of befiting organisation of the 2022 National Conference holding at the National Art Theatre Iganmu on the Next day which is 28th of November.
Reading of last year minutes:
The minutes of the Agm held in oshogbo on the 24th of November, 2021 was read by Hon Johnson oduiyi in the absence of the General Secretary, Hon Adegoke Adeyemi.
Without no observations the minutes was Adopted by Hon Adeshina idowu eaa from lagos and Seconded by Hon Yaradua eaa from kwara state.
Financial Report: The financial secretary Hon Emmanuel Adeyemo eaa Read the Report with details as:
Total Income....4,867,500
Expenditure.....4,439,208
Balance.....428,292
The President asked from members Present for comments from the Report presented. The former President Hon Pst Fehintolu ogunleye commended the Executives from the money realised on Annual subscription and Seal of Pratice as against last year's Report. Also the Hon ET Dare efa observe that the Executives spent more on transportation and travelling. He advised them to reduce the cost on travelling expenses. And After all said and done ,the financial Report was adopted by Hon Rahmon Sholademi efa from Lagos and supported by Pst Emmanuel Akinwale efa from ogun State.
Presentation of the Reviewed constitution:
The National President, Hon Godwin Alenkhe efa onbehalf of the Committee chairman, Hon Rasaki Adenrele efa presented the constitution to members present. He said this review has gone through two administrations and Members had waited so long to have a Constitution that befits our Association. He thanked the Committee for a job weldone and also member for their perseverance and support to the success of this Project. He therefore in line with the pronouncement of our Constitution Asked for Adoption. Hon Adewole Onibokun from Kwara state moved for the Adoption and it was seconded by Hon Bola Ayobola eaa from Lagos.
And With this, the old constitution of 1996 has been retired and replace with the Reviewed 2022 Constitution of Ercaan.
Presentation of Merit Awards:
Awards were Presented to some distinguished members of the Association, Notably Hon Pst Fehintolu ogunleye efa and Hon Emmanuel T. Dare efa. Both recieved the Newly Pronounced Ercaan Past President (EPP) Awards for their contributions and sacrifice as Leaders of the Association.

General...
Hon Yaradua from Kwara state thanked the National President and his executives but observed that the General Secretary, Omooba Adegoke was not Present at this historical Agm. Also Hon Samuel oluwajuni efa, pleaded for the President's approval for some members of his Committee to take their leave because their attention is been needed at the venue of tomorrow's Annual conference.
Response...
The President permitted all the conference Planning Committee Members of their Request to leave to the venue. He however cannot explained the absence of the National General Secretary despite the fact that all executives were mobilized for this two days Events.
Motion for Adjournment:
Hon Alh Suliaman Tajudeen eaa from Ondo state moved for the Adjournment and it was seconded by Bar Nworgu from Owerri, Imo state.

Closing Prayer was offered by Pst Israel Olugbade efa at exactly 3.30pm.
